Regenerate Your Body

Interview with Cynthia Damaskos

Do you feel sometimes that you are in an unending 'race', on life's treadmill of some sorts, not sure how to slow it down? This is the dilemma of our current culture, with too many opportunities on one hand. But are there also inner forces that keep us stuck in this race, and today you will hear from my guest on the Renewal Conversations talking about one key element to getting off that race, along with her professional experience in guiding Christian women who want to change their weight and lifestyle, or might have chronic illness.

Meet (again) Cynthia Damaskos, an internationally known health coach, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Specialist. In our Renewal Conversations, we invite and interview experts that can share from both their professional and personal lives, so that you can be inspired in your journeys - and you don't want to miss Cynthia interview!

And what is that key element to stop the race? Here is directly from Cynthia:
"We're not in a race. It's not a race for perfection. We're not comparing ourselves to others. And we have to treat ourselves like we would one of our children or our best friend or elderly mother."

As as mentioned, she helps those who simply want to change their weight and lifestyle, as well as those with chronic illness, all through the lens of the Orthodox Christianity.

In the interview she shares:
- how she has been applying successfully my Renewal Blueprint in her own life for the past one year and a half
- recognizing eating habits (watch out for her journaling technique!)
- cutting unnecessary sugar intake (you will love this one)
- tips on shifting your mindsets
- the effects of amino acids on our body or mood and what can we do about it
- quick distinction between a "plant-forward" diet vs. "plant-based' diet
- and most importantly (you don't want to miss this) her upcoming course "Six Weeks to Sanity" and she reviews step by step the process inside! The doors open soon on May 22 (you will find the link to go on the waitlist below)
