“I don’t have enough time” is one of the most common concerns from generous people. No matter what profession you're in—doctor, nurse, spiritual care provider, caregiver, educator, leader, and so on, you might struggle to find time to practice self-care and renewal on a regular basis.
However, the reality is that we all equally have 24 hours in a day and everything we do in a day fundamentally translates into some choices. These choices are not always ours, many times they are made for us.
But the good news is that with practice and awareness, we can shift toward making small and more personal choices. This means we can choose to engage in self-care and renewal activities.
