Have you ever had a hard time motivating yourself to do something, including taking care of yourself? At times, motivating ourselves can come easily, but sometimes (or many times) when we are really busy, it can be challenging to find that 'motivation' to start new projects or even just try to take care of ourselves in the hustle and bustle of the day.
Then at this point, we might start trying to find that perfect inspiration to get motivated, or we might postpone the activity for 'later', and then get super critical with ourselves.
