Easy Steps to Implement Your One Sticky Sustainable Habit During the Holidays

renewal-on-the-go sustaining wholesome habits
Self care during holidays

by Dr. Ioana Popa

Often the Holiday season can feel like a race, leaving us more tired by the end, with us needing to do self-care 'damage control' in January. I've been there, done that.

And many dedicated Christian women and servant leaders are pulled in multiple directions during this time: family, friends, church and work.

For example, next week, most of us will be trying to finish our 5-day work week in just 3 days! To only then be focusing on cooking, traveling and family after, and come back to a full work week on Monday.

No wonder we then become 'last' on our Priority List.

This can leave us drained and lose sight of our grounding habits and self-care routines.

And it feels impossible to even solidify old habits, never mind start new ones!

But it does not have to be this way!šŸ’”

You can use Psychology to focus on ONE habit - your most important one (check out my previous episode for steps) and consolidate it NOW - and not wait until next year.

You can gain momentum AND feel good about yourself.

And in this episode - Part 2, I share 3 simple steps on HOW to IMPLEMENT this habit using your ENVIRONMENT, rooted in another cool psychological concept.

šŸ‘ And if this episode and channel blesses you, give it a THUMBS-UP, SUBSCRIBE and SHARE IT with other Christian Women, as we don't know who might need this message today!
